Woodstock Yoga Center’s policy is: Proof of full vaccination (BOOSTER NOT REQUIRED), contact tracing info, and commitment to contact us if you get sick is required. You can show your vaccination card, NYS Excelsior Pass, or email a snapshot of your card to the group's email address (breathe.in.out.smile@gmail.com) for us to have on file. If you are not fully vaccinated Woodstock Yoga Center’s policy is for you to take a rapid Covid test before entering. It is a nasal swab test. There is a cost of $10 cash to cover the price of the test that we will provide and administer for you. It takes 15 minutes to obtain the results, so we ask that you please show up 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting (meaning come at 4:30 pm). Masks are optional. Windows open, air filters are on. If you are sick with anything, please stay home. You must remove your shoes to enter the studio. Late-comers will be asked to sit on the front steps so as not to disturb the 20 minutes of meditation. Please come on time.
